Mr. Gerry Gambala was an ex-soldier, an ex-rebel, and an ex-convict. He has a really interesting life background that includes being a cadet of the Philippine Military Academy, a Philippine Army officer with the rank of captain, a prisoner for having a crime of coup d'etat, and a motivational speaker a.k.a. “The Professional Disturber” who educates people on leadership and management skills.
First of all, I wasn't at first persuaded that he was a PMA cadet. However, as the conversation continued, I was amazed and inspired by his account of how they stood up for the right thing and began a mutiny to fight for everyone's rights regarding taxes and payments. In the world we live in, having "values" is essential to leading a respectable social, familial, and professional life.
Our beliefs are very significant because they now show and identify the person we are and are becoming. Our ability to be better people has been and will continue to be influenced by the values we learn as children and adults. Because our values serve as our compass, we must live up to them wherever we go and in everything we do, whether it be in our social or professional life. They help us become better people every day.

They help us become better individuals every day.
As a result, it is believed that values have a purpose and are beneficial in many ways, including serving as a guide for action (how we should behave), a guide for evaluating or judging situations (points of cooperation), a foundation for justifying behaviors and other changes in oneself, among other things. In our professional life, values that define the standards by which people behave and interact with one another in society are crucial.
