A pleasant day to all!

This wonderful experience exposed me to real-world situations where I could grab the opportunity to observe and understand all the knowledge and skills I have acquired throughout my 4-year stay inside the academy. This program is usually done as part of our curriculum before graduating from the academy and becoming commissioned officers in the PNP.

The Cadet Attachment Program (CAP) helped me to work with police officers and PNCOs and to learn from their experiences. This exposure to the day-to-day realities of police work can help me to better understand the challenges that police officers face and to develop the skills they need to succeed in their careers.

Through the experiences in the Cadet Attachment Program, I gained a deeper appreciation for the importance of their work and a greater understanding of what it means to serve and protect our community.

As a future leader of our country, it’s not enough to simply have good intentions or just to talk about making a difference. We need to embrace the change we want to see and lead by example. This means taking concrete steps to align our actions with our values and to promote the kind of world we envision.

For example, I believe in equality and diversity, therefore, I need to actively work to create a workplace culture that is inclusive and respectful of all individuals, regardless of their background. If we want to promote sustainability, we need to make changes in our own lives and organizations to reduce our impact on the environment.

In a simple manner, being the change we want to see in the world requires us to take personal responsibility for our actions and to live our values every day. It means going beyond words and making a tangible difference in the world through our actions.

We have the power to inspire and motivate others, and by setting a positive example, we can encourage others to follow suit and make a collective impact. By being the change we want to see in the world, we can create a better future for ourselves and for generations to come.

Police officers working in a station play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of their communities. They are responsible for maintaining order and enforcing the law, as well as providing assistance and support to the public. The work of police officers in a station is often challenging and demanding, but it is also extremely rewarding.

It is well a privilege to meet police officers in the field. Someday soon, I will be like one of them and I will assure to myself and to the public that I will always do my best with the grace of God, driven by passion, and genuine service.
